The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, while the spacious family room offered us all the comfort we needed. We appreciated the cleanliness and cozy camp kitchen, which made meal prep easy and enjoyable. Plus, the friendly staff were always around to lend a helping hand.

The location was marvellous and lovely there, close to shops & water. The room was big with the heating and the main living space, could leave my car on site.

The location is brilliant, next to town centre and Flagstaff Hill information centre, the flagstaff hill museum and the beach & playground, you cannot beat it. The rooms are excellent and lovely, have electric blankets.

the caravan sites offered plenty of space, and our en-suite was clean and freshly updated. there were so many activities to keep us entertained, from the indoor pool and spa to the tennis court and games room. the communication from the staff was fantastic, keeping us informed about local events and amenities.

Rooms with kitchen had a friendly atmosphere.

I appreciated the option for hot or cold air, allowing me to create a comfortable atmosphere tailored to my preference. The room was not only clean but also featured a new TV, enhancing my overnight experience. The staff was exceedingly friendly, making my visit feel welcoming, and I look forward to returning soon.

stayed here for 1 night with my children, had a great stay. the rooms were ideal and spotless with the heating and the main living space, as example, just what was needed. location: the hotel was close enough to town centre and flagstaff hill information centre and the center and shopping centres.

I had a lovely stay and got good value for my money, especially with the well-equipped cabins and the welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the friendly staff made our experience even better.
